JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make network, search potential candidates for recruiting positions
- Work closely with hiring managers for recruitment steps
- Process on-board for new members
- Other activities for employer branding purpose
- Organize and coordinate company events
- Other tasks assigned by Leader
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- Major in Business Management/Human Resource Management/Economic/ Foreign Languages
- Be experienced in recruitment and/or event organization
- Love communication activities
- Be excellent in content writing
- Be skillful in social medias
- Be proactive, enthusiastic and creative
- Good communication in English
Nice to have:
- Have work experience or network in IT field
- Japanese ability
