Position: HR Officer


  • Manage employee’s information on internal systems
  • Track & manage all labor contracts, appendix and other agreements
  • Implement onboard process for new members, exiting process for resigned members
  • Implement the welfare policy to all members as per company rule
  • In charge of social insurance tasks, include making monthly adjustment and controlling monthly cost
  • In charge of registering tax code & dependants for employee 
  • Make monthly timesheet & assist in salary calculation
  • Other duties assigned by the Leader


Must have:

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as HR officer or administrator 
  • Have understanding of labor laws & be quick-update of new laws 
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Excellent communication  
  • Be careful & proactive in working 
  • Multi task management skill
  • Good communication in English or Japanese.

  • Be able to use Japanese
